Refund & Guarantee Policy

Effective Date: The date the Participant (“you,” “your”) completes the purchase of any digital product, course, program, or service offered by Cristina Kiss, Beyond Limitations LLC, or CK Innovative Marketing LLC (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Guarantee Policy, which forms part of the Company’s Terms & Conditions.

1. No Refund Policy

1.1 Policy Overview.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and programs, no refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances once access has been granted or materials delivered.

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to proprietary materials, downloadable content, and community spaces that cannot be “returned.” Accordingly, all fees paid are non-refundable and fully earned at the time of purchase.

2. No Guarantee of Results

2.1 No Warranty or Promise of Outcome.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results, financial outcomes, emotional breakthroughs, or timelines. Your success depends on your effort, commitment, personal circumstances, and consistency.

2.2 Good-Faith Disclaimer

This isn’t Amazon, my dear. You can’t Prime-ship your healing and return it when it gets uncomfortable. We cannot guarantee your effort, or that you’ll sit down, do the exercises, face yourself, and tell the truth where you used to tell stories.

What we can guarantee:

Everything inside our programs is built with intention, care, and integrity.
These tools have helped many see themselves clearly for the first time.
If you show up, really show up, something within you will shift.

But this is not magic dust. It’s work. The kind that asks for honesty, willingness, and courage. The power isn’t in a refund or a guarantee. It’s in your decision to stay present and apply what you’ve learned.

3. Purpose of the No-Refund Policy

This policy protects both you and the Company by maintaining clear expectations and energetic integrity.

Final Digital Access: Delivered digital content cannot be revoked or resold.
Commitment Creates Results: Transformation requires full presence.
Community Integrity: No-refund terms ensure participants are fully invested.
Fraud Prevention: Prevents misuse, chargebacks, and IP infringement.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that your payment represents access to proprietary intellectual property and transformational frameworks that begin immediately upon purchase.

4. Legal Notice for California Residents

Pursuant to California Assembly Bill 2426 (effective January 1, 2025) and related consumer-protection statutes:

All digital products, courses, and programs are sold under a license to access, not a transfer of ownership.
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable license for individual use only.
Our no-refund / no-transfer policy is conspicuously disclosed and acknowledged at checkout, making it enforceable under California law.
Completion of your purchase affirms your informed consent to these terms.

5. Dissatisfaction Procedure

5.1 Reflection & Re-Engagement.

If dissatisfied, pause and revisit why you enrolled. Ask yourself:

Did I expect this program to fix all of my problems?
Did I expect immediate results?

Expecting decades-old patterns to dissolve overnight is unrealistic. Transformation unfolds in layers, at the pace your system can integrate. Revisit the program fully, a second time if needed, complete every exercise, and apply the tools with full presence.

5.2 Review & Support Process.

If, after fully re-engaging, you still feel dissatisfied, email [email protected] with:

Photos of completed exercises or notebook pages (mandatory); and
Screenshots or links showing community participation (mandatory).

Our team will review and contact you to possibly schedule a short call or have a written exchange to clarify expectations. This process is offered as goodwill, not as a refund mechanism.

6. Statement of Philosophy

Real transformation is not transactional. It’s relational. Guarantees and refund clauses can create subconscious “back doors,” allowing retreat when discomfort arises. Growth lives on the other side of that discomfort.
When you invest in yourself, you close that back door and declare: I’m ready to meet myself in the mirror and rise.

7. Legal Summary

By completing a purchase with Cristina Kiss, Beyond Limitations LLC, or CK Innovative Marketing LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

All sales are final and non-refundable.
You receive a license to access materials, not ownership.
You are solely responsible for your participation and results.
The Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to any claim.

8. Voluntary Departure & Non-Disparagement

8.1 Right to Voluntarily Withdraw.

Personal growth is dynamic; you may choose another path at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your notice must include:

Your full name and purchase email;
A statement confirming you wish to discontinue participation and acknowledge the consequences below; and
Feedback describing your experience and what might be improved for future participants.

Upon receipt, the Company will review your notice. If both parties agree that continued participation is not aligned, you will be asked to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure and Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) confirming that:

You have voluntarily chosen to depart;
You will maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information; and
You will refrain from public or private disparagement for the period stated.

If you decline to sign the NDA but choose to remain in the community, it becomes mandatory that you:

Continue engaging with the coursework, and complete the exercises;
Realign your expectations with the intended outcomes of the services; and
Actively work to dissolve any resentment toward the courses, the Company, its representatives, or other community members.

This process is essential for maintaining emotional neutrality and community harmony.
If you choose to stay without genuinely participating in this realignment process, and instead engage in complaining, hostility, gossip, or any form of verbal or written “bashing” or “rage” toward the Company, its leadership, or members, such conduct will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.

In that event, the Company reserves the right to immediately and permanently revoke your access to all programs, courses, and community spaces without refund, reinstatement, or future eligibility to rejoin. This decision is final, non-appealable, and made at the Company’s sole discretion.

If you recognize lingering resentment, emotional charge, or unresolved conflict toward the Company, its representatives, or its content, it is advisable that you seek private professional support or coaching at your own expense to process and release those emotions before re-engaging with similar work elsewhere.

All such services are voluntary and self-funded by you; the Company bears no obligation to provide, arrange, or subsidize such support.

Once an NDA is signed and withdrawal finalized, your access to all Company programs, courses, communities, and materials will be revoked, and your account will be permanently removed from our systems.

By electing to depart, you acknowledge that this removal is final and that you will forfeit all access to previously purchased materials and community spaces, with no refunds, reinstatements, or transfers permitted.

8.2 Non-Disparagement & Reputation Protection.

For a period of ten (10) years after the Effective Date, you shall not make or publish any statement that could reasonably be construed to disparage, defame, or damage the reputation of Cristina Kiss, Beyond Limitations LLC, or CK Innovative Marketing LLC, including their owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates.

This prohibition includes (but is not limited to):

Negative or misleading posts, comments, or reviews;
False statements implying misconduct or unfulfilled promises; and
Sharing proprietary content, screenshots, or discussions from Company spaces.

Engaging in public or private “venting,” “trash-talk,” or “exposure” content that misrepresents your experience is a material breach of this Agreement and strictly prohibited.

8.3 Remedies for Breach.

If you breach Section 8 or cause reputational, financial, or emotional harm to the Company, you agree that:

The Company may seek injunctive relief to halt the conduct immediately;
You will be financially liable for all damages, including loss of business and reputation; and
You will reimburse the Company for all attorney’s fees, court costs, and related expenses incurred to enforce this section or defend against false statements.

These remedies are cumulative and in addition to any other rights available under law or equity.

8.4 Continuing Confidentiality.

Whether you remain active or depart, all confidentiality obligations survive. You may not disclose, teach from, or reproduce any proprietary materials or intellectual property shared within Company services or communities.

8.5 Purpose.

This section does not limit lawful free expression or truthful testimony required by law. Its sole purpose is to protect the Company’s goodwill, maintain community trust, and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
